How do I start a focus session?

Tap the Play button on the main screen to begin a focus timer. You can choose your session length and break intervals before starting.

Complete Focus sends a notification when your session or break ends. Make sure notifications are allowed for Complete Focus in your iPhone or iPad Settings.

Can I add tasks to a focus session?

Yes — add tasks before starting a session so you can track what you're working on. Completed tasks are logged with your session history.

Where can I see my focus history?

Tap the History tab to view past sessions, total focus time, and your productivity trends over time.

Why is there a banner ad?

Complete Focus is completely free. A small banner ad keeps it that way. We request ad tracking permission on first launch — you can decline and the app works fully either way.
